Shop Policies

    Shipping:

  • all orders take 1-2 weeks to process and ship, unless stated otherwise in a product description. (i.e. pre-orders)
  • I ship all items through USPS and provide tracking numbers by email for all domestic orders. If you do not receive your tracking number after at least 2 weeks, please contact me with the form on my contact page or dm me on twitter (@cateyekayla).
  • I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products once I send them. But please reach out to me if you have an issue with your order!
  • please make sure your address is correct before completing your order. If your package is returned to me due to the address being incorrect, I will need you to pay shipping to send it out again.
  • I currently only ship to the US and Canada on my site, but dm me on twitter (@cateyekayla) to inquire about shipping elsewhere.


    Refunds, returns, exchanges

  • I do not offer replacement pieces, refunds, or exchanges if an item is received in good condition.
  • I do not offer refunds once purchased.
